Customer Interaction Agent (Entry Level / No Calling / Remote Work)

Start your career in customer service as a Customer Interaction Agent, working remotely and engaging with customers exclusively through chat and email. This entry-level role is perfect for individuals who prefer written communication and are looking to develop their customer handling skills without the pressure of phone calls. You will address customer needs, provide information, and resolve issues, ensuring a high-quality interaction each time.

What you will be doing: Live chat customer support agents handle incoming customer support questions via live chat on businesses’ websites and social media accounts. These could be support questions from existing customers or sales questions from potential new customers.

Contract length: No fixed term.

Rate: $35 per hour.

Skills/background needed: Must have a device able to access social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop). Be able to work independently. Ability to closely follow provided steps and instructions. Have 10+ hours availability per week. Reliable internet connection.

Hours per week: 10 + hours a week.

Location: Remote work online (United States preferred).
