Customer Onboarding Specialist – Work from Phone

Take on the role of a Customer Onboarding Specialist, where you will be instrumental in welcoming new users and ensuring they have a smooth start. Working entirely from a mobile device, you will guide customers through setup processes, answer their queries, and provide personalized advice to maximize their initial experience. This position requires strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor, as you will be helping to build the foundation of the customer’s perception and long-term satisfaction.

What you will be doing: Live chat customer support agents handle incoming customer support questions via live chat on businesses’ websites and social media accounts. These could be support questions from existing customers or sales questions from potential new customers.

Contract length: No fixed term.

Rate: $35 per hour.

Skills/background needed: Must have a device able to access social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop). Be able to work independently. Ability to closely follow provided steps and instructions. Have 10+ hours availability per week. Reliable internet connection.

Hours per week: 10 + hours a week.

Location: Remote work online (United States preferred).
