Customer Service Social Media Representative (No Phone Calling)

As a Customer Service Social Media Representative specializing in music and beats, you will engage with a community of music lovers and creators across social media platforms. This role involves managing interactions related to music tracks, beats for sale, and licensing information. You’ll use social media to answer queries, promote new releases, and support artists and producers by enhancing their presence online. This position requires a passion for music and strong communication skills, with no phone calling involved.

What you will be doing: Live chat customer support agents handle incoming customer support questions via live chat on businesses’ websites and social media accounts. These could be support questions from existing customers or sales questions from potential new customers.

Contract length: No fixed term.

Rate: $35 per hour.

Skills/background needed: Must have a device able to access social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop). Be able to work independently. Ability to closely follow provided steps and instructions. Have 10+ hours availability per week. Reliable internet connection.

Hours per week: 10 + hours a week.

Location: Remote work online (United States preferred).
