Facebook Social Media Manager (Entry Level / Remote)

Step into the role of a Facebook Social Media Manager, where you will leverage presentation templates to enhance visual storytelling on the platform. This entry-level position involves curating and customizing templates for various content types, from promotional posts to informational updates, ensuring they align with the brand’s image and objectives. Your role will be crucial in engaging with the audience effectively and professionally, driving more interaction and engagement through well-crafted posts.

What you will be doing: Social media agents handle incoming customer support questions via live chat on businesses’ websites and social media accounts. These could be support questions from existing customers or sales questions from potential new customers.

Contract length: No fixed term.

Rate: $35 per hour.

Skills/background needed: Must have a device able to access social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop). Be able to work independently. Ability to closely follow provided steps and instructions. Have 10+ hours availability per week. Reliable internet connection.

Hours per week: 10 + hours a week.

Location: Remote work online (United States preferred).
