Non-Voice Customer Service Rep (Entry Level / Immediate Start / No Experience)

Join the customer service team as a Non-Voice Customer Service Rep, where you’ll start immediately, supporting customers without the need for phone interactions. This entry-level role focuses on managing email and chat communications, providing responsive and thoughtful customer assistance. It’s designed for those new to the workforce or seeking a career change, offering comprehensive training and a supportive environment to grow professional service skills.

What you will be doing: Live chat customer support agents handle incoming customer support questions via live chat on businesses’ websites and social media accounts. These could be support questions from existing customers or sales questions from potential new customers.

Contract length: No fixed term.

Rate: $35 per hour.

Skills/background needed: Must have a device able to access social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop). Be able to work independently. Ability to closely follow provided steps and instructions. Have 10+ hours availability per week. Reliable internet connection.

Hours per week: 10 + hours a week.

Location: Remote work online (United States preferred).
