Operations Chat Support Representative – No Experience Needed

Embark on a career in operations support by assisting users with ebooks and PDFs. This role requires no prior experience and focuses on helping customers navigate, access, and troubleshoot issues related to digital reading materials. You’ll provide timely responses via chat, ensuring users can efficiently utilize ebooks and PDF documents for education, work, or leisure. Training will be provided to equip you with the necessary skills to support digital library operations and customer inquiries.

What you will be doing: Live chat customer support agents handle incoming customer support questions via live chat on businesses’ websites and social media accounts. These could be support questions from existing customers or sales questions from potential new customers.

Contract length: No fixed term.

Rate: $35 per hour.

Skills/background needed: Must have a device able to access social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop). Be able to work independently. Ability to closely follow provided steps and instructions. Have 10+ hours availability per week. Reliable internet connection.

Hours per week: 10 + hours a week.

Location: Remote work online (United States preferred).
