Remote Chat Support Specialist (Entry Level / No Experience)

This entry-level position as a Remote Chat Support Specialist involves assisting customers via live chat with inquiries about webinars and workshops. You will provide information on schedules, content, registration processes, and technical support for accessing online sessions. Your role is crucial in ensuring participants have a smooth and enriching experience by guiding them through setup and answering any questions they may have. This role requires no prior experience, just a willingness to learn and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.

What you will be doing: Live chat customer support agents handle incoming customer support questions via live chat on businesses’ websites and social media accounts. These could be support questions from existing customers or sales questions from potential new customers.

Contract length: No fixed term.

Rate: $35 per hour.

Skills/background needed: Must have a device able to access social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop). Be able to work independently. Ability to closely follow provided steps and instructions. Have 10+ hours availability per week. Reliable internet connection.

Hours per week: 10 + hours a week.

Location: Remote work online (United States preferred).
